Improving our facilities for your future enjoyment!

We are very fortunate to have the continued support of our owning company to reinvest in the property so that we all may enjoy a more comfortable and attractive environment.
There is no need to get alarmed, since these improvements are being carried out at the front of the hotel in the main lobby and to the South of the main lobby in our Superior Family rooms and therefore we anticipate very little disruption to our guests (apart from on arrival and departure) since the room blocks and pool areas are located well away from the lobby.

Renovations Overview:

We are pleased to announce the soft opening of the Lobby happened on May 10th 2008. We are still working on the completion of the Porte Couchere (scheduled to be finished by the end of May) and the new D Lounge cocktail bar. There is now access to the lobby from the front of the hotel and the reception area is operating fully. The feedback from guests has been tremendous following the improvements.

Unfortunately our target for the beginning of April for completing the lobby will no longer be met due to a few complications however we do anticipate the lobby to be completed by early May. We hope that this will not cause you too much inconvenience. So far we are fortunate to have received very little negative feedback with regards to the lobby improvements and surprisingly more comments have been related how they are looking forward to seeing the new and improved facility.

We are pleased to report that the Studio rooms will be complete as per schedule before the 1st June 2008.

Guest Reception area
As the final stage of our Lobby upgrade begins, we have now relocated the Hotel Reception area to the foyer of the former Departure Lounge.  While guests check in at the Reception area, for your convenience we have relocated the Departure Lounge upstairs making an ideal waiting or meeting point where guests can relax with Satellite TV, Complimentary Tea and Coffee facilities, Library with Books, Magazines and Newspapers and also a Room Service menu is available. For guests with late check outs the free changing facility with Lockers and Showers is still located behind the Reception area on the ground floor.

Lobby Upgrade
During the Lobby upgrade, access to the Golden Lotus Chinese Restaurant will be through Cafe Piazza and up the stairs to the new restaurant entrance. The restaurant is operating normal opening hours. Lobby Services such as the Car rental service has been relocated to the ground floor in front of the Mini Mart, the Money Changer is still in the Mini Mart as usual. For booking your Bali tours, the Guest Activity Centre is located next to the Mini Mart. Our popular Rindik Music Trio is now located in the lower Lobby.The Bali Dynasty Night market traders also set up at their regular place at the Lower Lobby.

Description of Work:
The Bali Dynasty Resort's main lobby will be transformed whilst maintaining the lofty central teak ceiling, the introduction of white plastered ceilings at the lower level with the highest quality white Jogja Stone walls will give more light and create a more inviting and pleasant atmosphere. The minimalist interior design with a modern central feature will give a fresh new appearance to the hotel and with the addition of a new lobby lounge and bar along with grand piano will become more of a central focus from where people can relax, enjoy the entertainment, enjoy a sunset drink or just watch the activities in the lobby.

Description of Work:
The "Family Studio" room will be a total of 47sqm and be able to accommodate up to 2 adults and 3 children with a fully partitioned section accommodating bunk beds and a trundle bed for the kids whilst the privacy of the master bedroom will open out onto a spacious verandah with views over the front pond. The rooms will be minimalist in design and will feature 2 flat screen TV's. The en suite will feature a large step in Rain shower and double basin unit will ensure sufficient room for all the family
