 Our Kids Fashion show during our Monday Italian Pasta theme dinner at Tropical Caf seems to be going from strength to strength.
Every Monday, the Kids assemble at 4pm and rehearse their catwalk moves away from their Mums and Dads and at 7.30pm they are all dressed up in Double Issue fashion wear and raring to go. Apart from cool Double Issue stickers, they now receive Bali Dynasty Certificates to prove they walked the Catwalk and were a model at Bali Dynasty resort.
Book your table the day before to avoid disappointment and try our other Theme Night Dinners, Tuesdays - SEN5ES Dine Around, Wednesdays - Wild West Wednesday, Thursdays - Satay Night, Fridays - Golden Lotus Set Menus, Saturdays - Aussie BBQ Night, Sundays - Roast Night.  For Weddings and Wedding Vow renewals, there are 4 unique locations at the resort, the first being at the front of the hotel surrounded by our famous lucky white ducks, or the Inner garden surrounded by the lush tropical gardens, at the Upper Lawn area by the lazy Pool, or our newly renovated Beachfront.

'The Den' Teen Room

 The Den a Teen club for ages 13 to 19 has now opened at the Bali Dynasty Resort and boasts to be the first such facility in Bali. It offers those that have now grown out of the renowned Kids Club another opportunity to mix and socialise with similar aged people.
Entry to The Den is chargeable at Rp.50,000 per day for a day pass or Rp.250,000 for a 7 day pass. Open daily from 10am 10pm and attended at all times by a friendly member of staff; The Den is strictly a no go zone for adults and those aged 12 and below!
 All the facilities within The Den are free of charge and include: Pool table, Darts, Board games, Nintendo Wii, Two Playstation 2s, Two Computer terminals for internet access, Music system and Large Screen TV with DVD
Non Alcoholic refreshments are available at an extra charge.
Activities will not be just restricted to indoor activities. A regular weekly activity schedule includes Beach Volleyball, Beach Soccer, Water Volleyball, and Slippery Pole Pillow fighting all included within the programme.
 The Activities Board is where Teens are encouraged to sign up for activities dependent on numbers.
The activities will include: White Water Rafting, Learn to Surf, Introductory Scuba, Ten Pin Bowling, Mock tail juggling, Cooking lessons, Basic Massage Techniques, Movie Nights,Karaoke Nights, BBQ Nights etc.

 We have introduced a new guest facility at the Guest Activity Center for young and old.
You can now rent push bikes on an hourly or daily basis.
Its a great way to see Bali and keep fit too!

Kuta Carnival

 The 19th to the 27th of September marks the arrival of the Annual Kuta Carnival. One week of music dance and sports activities followed by a Food Festival featuring all of Balis top restaurants.
Gracie Kellys is amongst the participants at the Carnivals Food Festival offering icy cold Bintang and our signature Beef & Guinness Pies.
Its a busy week of music, sports and culinary events culminating with a Carnival Street procession showcasing not only Balis diverse cultures, but also featuring the Balis very own Harley Davidson Club, Vintage Car and Motorbike club and many many more.
Its an event not to be missed and if you are in Bali during the event make sure you drop by the Gracie Kellys stall Number 28 at the Kuta Carnival Food Festival on 25th, 26th, and 27th September for a Cold Bintang and a Pie!

Mobility Equipment Rental

 Bali Dynasty Resort is now offering guests with special needs a Mobility Equipment rental service which includes such items as Wheelchairs, Crutches, Walker Frames, Electric Scooters and special Shower and Toilet seats.
As the resort already provides wheelchair ramps and walk in showers in our Deluxe rooms, this is a welcome addition for those guests who require additional mobility assistance.
The above Items (and more) can be rented from our Guest Activity Center on a Daily, 3 Days, or Weekly rate.

Green Globe Lite Certification

 The Bali Dynasty Resort is very proud to announce that we have just recently achieved the first stage of our Green Globe Lite Certification.
For the last few months we have been following the Green Globe Lite program making a positive commitment to reducing the resorts carbon footprint.
The main focus areas are the resorts effect on the Environment, including ways to reduce Water and Energy consumption and looking at more effective ways to manage waste disposal.
To be able to display and use the Green Globe logo the Bali Dynasty Resort has met the standard requirements of the Green Globe Lite program.
Our resort came well above their baseline requirements and above their best practice target which meant our resort is now an official energy conserving resort.
And on September 4th, the Bali Dynasty resort officially recognised the Clean up the World day and joined several other resorts around the South Kuta area in the annual clean up, which involved hotel staff from other hotels joining for a giant neighborhood clean up covering the streets and beach areas.

 This months tour choice is Bali Adventure Tours that offer Elephant Safaris, White Water rafting, Mountain Cycling and Jungle Trekking.
The operators of Taro Elephant Safari Park, visitors can ride and interact with the elephants, watch an elephant show, watch them paint in their unique style and take in the beautiful landscape of the parks flora and fauna. Lunch is offered in the package at the parks large and spacious restaurant and the park even has its own elephant museum and gift shop.
Bali Adventure also offer White Water rafting thrills on the Ayung River, Jungle Trekking through some of Balis amazing countryside and Mountain Cycling beginning at Kintamani, overlooking the volcanoes and ending up for Lunch at the Elephant Safari Park.

Just recently the management Team of Bali Dynasty Resort visited the schools of Pengalusan and Cegi to give the two schools there a fresh coat of paint.
Every August 17th, Indonesian Independence day, the Bali Dynasty Staff & Management visit the children of Pengalusan and Cegi to watch their Independance day celebrations.
After the games all the children received a Lunchbox plus Toothbrush and Toothpaste each from the Bali Dynasty Charity Fund plus Apples, Oranges and Towels donated by the Bali Dynasty Resort.
