Our newly named Poolside Restaurant ‘H2O’ is progressing slightly behind schedule due to an unexpectedly long rainy season and our famous water tower proved tougher to dismantle than we expected.

Our anticipated H2O soft opening date is now 10th May.

H2O will provide an all weather venue for dining as well as provide much needed additional seating capacity for Breakfast.

Open for a la carte Lunch during the day then in the evenings the H20 transforms as the venue for our Theme Night Dinners which will include nightly Entertainment and ambient Dinner Music.

H2O features an upper level chill out lounge area providing a cozy atmosphere with cool sounds, ideal for sunset Cocktails on starlit evenings.

 
            

   

This refurbishment will involve:

Project Work Area	Tropical Café
Completion Date:	10th May 2011
Scope of Work:	Complete removal of the existing Tropical Café and water tower in order to make way for a new two storey restaurant and bar
Inconvenience:	Themed Dinners will be moved to Sen5es Restaurant A Light snack menu will be available around the poolside during the day time
Level of disturbance	The whole area will be completely screened off to minimise disturbance for inner garden and pool facing rooms as well as for people at the poolside
Hours of Work:	9am – 6pm, 7 days a week
	All other facilities will be available as normal
