All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and are equipped with tea & coffee making facilities, IDD telephone, hairdryers, satellite TV, DVD player, safe deposit box, mini bar and individually controlled air-conditioning. Children under the age of 12 years old stay free of charge when sharing room with the parents and using existing bedding.

Preferred allocation of your room during your stay can not be guaranteed prior your arrival. In case you have requested/indicated a preferred allocation, we will try our utmost best to meet your preferences, however allocation is based on availability upon arrival.

Airport Pick Up - USD 6 per person (minimum charge two people - USD 12)

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY
Between 8 January - 14 June & 16 October - 25 December - In case of cancellation of your booking within 14 days of arrival, ONE night cancellation fee will be charged.
- In case of cancellation of your booking within 7 days of arrival, THREE nights cancellation fee will be charged.
- In case of cancellation of your booking within 3 days of arrival, a 100% (full length of stay) will be charged.
- In case of No Show a 100% charge will be applied.
Between 15 June - 15 October & 26 December – 7 January
- In case of cancellation of your booking within 21 days of arrival, ONE night cancellation fee will be charged.
- In case of cancellation of your booking within 14 days of arrival, THREE nights cancellation fee will be charged.
- In case of cancellation of your booking within 7 days of arrival, a 100% (full length of stay) will be charged.
- In case of No Show a 100% charge will be applied
Completion of the booking, represents full understanding and agreement of the terms & conditions.
